And even though I wasn’t looking for it, I think it’s not a coincidence that I stumbled across this recipe for cranberry relish today. It’s a little more complicated than the one I usually make, but I think I may try it this year. I have the same aversion to jello as the author of that blog, so if she liked it so much, I bet I will, too. I wonder what would happen if I substitute a whole chopped orange for the canned pineapple? I really love orange and cranberry together, and I’m not so fond of pineapple unless it’s fresh and served all by itself.
